CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations received 60 days prior to departure will receive a full refund, including deposit. Cancellations received 45–59 days prior to departure will receive a refund after a $50 per person fee is assessed. Cancellations received within 45 days of departure will be assessed the $50 per person fee and receive a refund ONLY if a replacement is found.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By acceptance of these travel arrangements, the customer understands and acknowledges that Jay Buckley, Jay Buckley’s Baseball Tours and/or any escort(s) working on these tours shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, or accident, while traveling with Jay Buckley’s Baseball Tours including Covid-19.
