Jay Buckley’s Baseball Tours is pleased to announce the details of the TENTH annual Ultimate Game Day Weekend featuring MLB, College Football and NFL games. Join us in the heart of the south for exciting Major League Baseball action as teams fight for the playoffs along with the beginning of the regular season for the National Football League and NCAA College Football.

This tour departs and ends at our host hotel near the Atlanta International Airport. On Friday we will depart from the host hotel at 4:00 pm. Therefore, we advise everyone to be at the hotel ready to go before 4 pm.

We will attend a National League matchup between the Pittsburgh Pirates and Atlanta Braves at Truist Park at 7:20 pm. Both teams should be in the hunt for a playoff spot. Truist Park is the perfect marriage of classic ballpark feel, modern amenities and southern hospitality, which creates a fan experience unlike any other.

On Saturday, we will journey east to Athens to witness the two-time defending national champions Georgia Bulldogs take on the Ball State Cardinals.  This game will be played “between the hedges” at the historic Sanford Stadium on the campus of the University of Georgia.

On Sunday, we will attend an NFL game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The $1.6 billion stadium opened in August of 2017 with its signature feature being a retractable roof with 8 translucent, triangular panels. It has hosted numerous sporting events including the SEC football championship game, Peach Bowl, College Football Playoff National Championship, MLS Cup and Super Bowl LIII. The stadium will also host multiple matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Atlanta Falcons will host the Carolina Panthers at 1:05 pm.

Trip 24: Arizona Fall League Tour — Come See The Stars Of Tomorrow

Major League Baseball created the Arizona Fall League to serve as an off-season “graduate school” for top prospects in each team’s organization. The AFL allows these top prospects to showcase their talent in front of many general managers, scouts, and minor league directors.

The Arizona Fall League has six teams; each team is made up of top prospects from all the major league teams. All the games are played in the Phoenix area at the Spring Training facilities of the major league teams. This is baseball’s best-kept secret — great seats, great talent, great baseball.

This trip includes lodging for seven nights at a Scottsdale Old Town hotel, tickets, and ground transportation to all games.

We will attend six to nine games at all six parks during the week, concluding with the Rising Stars All-Star game.
